Intermediate: An individual is considered an ‘intermediate’ (B) player if they are actively involved in the sport of Wallball and are proficient enough to compete in non-professional events. Most active Wallball athletes are considered intermediate players as they are able to sustain rallies, are proficient with returning basic-to-intermediate shots by the opponent, and understand the rules of the sport. While there are different sub-classes of intermediate players, due to the wide range of skill from beginners who progressed to the intermediate level and individuals attempting to become professional or ‘pro’ players, all non-pro and non-beginner players are considered to be at the intermediate level.
